Beachcliff Market Square Announces New Tenants

ROCKY RIVER, OHIO, MAY 20, 2006 – BEACHCLIFF MARKET SQUARE ANNOUNCES SAN FRANCISCO OVEN, FRANCESCA’S COLLECTION, THE PUB, MOE’S SOUTHWEST GRILL, AND LIBERTY BOOKS AND NEWS TO ITS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
San Francisco Oven, Francesca’s Collection, The Pub, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Liberty Books and News will be joining the Beachcliff Market Square redevelopment project. Beachcliff Market Square, owned and operated by Madison Marquette, began its redevelopment and expansion in May 2005. The project will convert the enclosed center into a vibrant open-air shopping district, doubling its current size.
San Francisco Oven is an original concept restaurant created by two Ohio natives. It features made to order brick oven pizzas, as well as hot and cold sandwiches, in an upscale casual environment. San Francisco Oven is a nationally recognized restaurant and has additional locations in Ohio including Hudson, Medina, Willoughby, and Columbus. Francesca’s collection is a fine apparel and accessory boutique. The Pub is an upscale English style pub that comes to us from the Cincinnati area. Moe’s Southwest Grill is also a nationally recognized restaurant with several locations throughout Ohio. Liberty Books and News is a neighborhood bookstore with a great family atmosphere. It is operated by the same family that started the Little Professor. They have a considerable selection of books and magazines, comparable to any larger chain. They also have locations in Columbus, and West Virginia.
Some additional top retailers joining Beachcliff include White House/Black Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Aveda, Chico’s, First Watch, and Jos. A. Bank. Construction began in April 2005, with a grand re-opening scheduled for September of 2006.
During the construction phases, some of Beachcliff’s favorite merchants are still open for business, including Pearl of the Orient, Tomorrows Hair Salon, National City Bank, and Beachcliff Dental. They will continue to provide high quality service to their customers.
