ROCKY RIVER, OHIO, APRIL 1, 2005 – BEACHCLIFF MARKET SQUARE ANNOUNCES MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION PLANS.
Beachcliff Market Square, owned and operated by Madison Marquette, announces its upcoming redevelopment and expansion. The project will convert the enclosed center into a vibrant open-air shopping district, doubling its current size.
The plan calls for the addition of nationally known retailers and restaurants. It will provide exclusive merchants to Rocky River’s historic downtown neighborhood, and the surrounding communities. Some top retailers joining Beachcliff include White House/Black Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Aveda, Chico’s, and Jos. A. Bank. Construction will begin April 2005, with a grand re-opening scheduled for fall of 2006.
During the construction phases, some of Beachcliff’s favorite merchants will remain open for business, including Pearl of the Orient, Tomorrows Hair Salon, National City Bank, and Beachcliff Dental. They will continue to provide high quality service to their customers.
Madison Marquette will develop the project, with Michael Schuster Associates providing architectural planning. Duke Construction Company will handle contract services.
